About the Presenters
Christina Bezerra
Founding partner of Compliance Partners Brasil, she is a senior consultant with extensive experience in Legal, Compliance, and Government Relations, focusing on promoting a culture of corporate integrity.

With 30 years of experience, she is recognized for her ability to influence and communicate, building trusting relationships in multicultural environments. She has held leadership positions in prominent multinational companies in Latin America, in the health, pharmaceutical, retail, and financial services sectors.

With a law degree from the Federal University of Paraná and a specialization in Business Administration from FGV, she is a co-founder of Jurídico de Saias, a professor, speaker, and author of articles and books in the field.

Between 2018 and 2022, she was considered one of the most admired professionals in Compliance by the Compliance on Top research, and since 2023, she has been part of the Compliance On Top Leading Leaders group. She has been recognized 6 times by Análise Editorial among the most admired professionals in Brazil from 2020 to 2025, being the 4th most admired in 2025 (industry).

Enthusiastic and optimistic by nature, Luciane has an easy laugh. A catalyst for hearts and minds, she lightly guides people in advancing their strategic goals. She connects easily with different hierarchical levels. Listening and transforming are natural qualities of her personality.
Developed expertise in multicultural and multinational companies and projects at: PWC, IBM, Roche, Capgemini, and Medtronic.

In her accumulated 32-year journey in HR, she gained experience in the following disciplines: organizational effectiveness, team building, process optimization, HR shared services center implementations, operating models, and change management.
She holds a degree in Psychology, has an academic Master's degree in Business Administration, and a professional MBA in HR. Currently, she is a managing partner at Lux RH Consultoria and a professor for the Master in Business Management course at Insper, teaching the Team Performance discipline. Since 2022, she has been studying and seeking to apply findings from Neuroscience in the corporations she assists. The study of human behavior is her passion!
